Yes — that is literally who this is for. The program starts with dead hangs and band-assisted reps. You do not need any existing pull-up strength.

A pull-up bar (doorframe or wall-mount) and resistance bands. Our starter kit has everything for $89, or you can use your own bar.

Most members hit their first unassisted pull-up between week 8 and 12. Some faster, some slower — the program adapts to your pace.

20 minutes, 3 days per week. The workouts are short and focused. You can do them before breakfast.

The core program is free to start with no credit card required. Premium coaching (weekly check-ins, form reviews) is available for $19/month.
